Make more complex folds, facing surfaces against one another. Comparisons, links, and new patterns are made as surfaces meet, and the creases you fold become reference points.

Deleuze’s contemplation of folds in Fold: Leibniz and the Baroque invited the possibility of ‘unlimited finity’, where a ‘finite number of components produce an infinite number of combinations’ - he would have been fascinated by Artsy.

 Notice the complex folding and tucking—a web of reassociations—has increased the strength of your form while compressing it.
