Art Pilgrimage #3: Louis Kahn

I've always dreamed about taking a trip with the sole purpose of experiencing Louis Kahn's architecture. 

First stop: Vitra Design Museum's exhibition Louis Kahn: The Power of Architecture, which I'll see this June while I'm in Basel

Second stop: the recently built Kahn design for Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island

Third stop: Phillips Exeter Academy Library

Next stop: Yale University Art Gallery

Final stop: Salk Institute, one of Kahn's masterpieces which turns 50 this year
