At the G-20 Leaders' Summit in Los Cabos, Mexico in 2012, President Obama and President Putin renewed their commitment to the goals of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission, advancing global concerns in technology, investment and innovation and intellectual property. www.state.gov/p/eur/ci/rs/usrussiabilat/index.htm The Commission was established in 2009 to improve communication and cooperation between the governments of the Russian Federation and the United States.
