Suzanne Treister’s work: HEXEN 2.0, 2009-2011 is currently exhibited at the 8th Biennale de Montréal, Canada. The Biennale is called L'avenir (looking forward), because the trending theme is about the relationship between contemporary art, and looking towards the future. The idea of futurity is explored in the exhibition through many perspectives such as scientific, technological, geopolitical and ideological.
Treister’s work HEXEN 2.0 “investigates the possible foundations of the current condition while offering a perspective to envision the future and its alternatives.”
The exhibition began on 22 Oct 2014, and will close it doors to the public on 5 Feb 2015.
