Adding more mystery to his mythos, street artist Banksy posted a photo of a road sign he had created on his Instagram page Friday, but when fans went to check out the instillation in Clevedon, north Somerset, it had already vanished. Last seen Friday evening, it is unclear whether the sign, which features two elderly people perched on the shoulders of two children, was removed by the artist or stolen.

Clevedon sits between Bristol, which is believed to be Banksy’s hometown, and Weston-super-Mare, where the artist staged his infamous Dismaland project in 2015. The sign’s disappearance comes on the heels of news that an early Banksy mural in Glasgow that was painted over more than a decade ago will be restored.
