The Large Accounts team is looking for a senior partner success manager who will work directly with our top galleries in EMEA + APAC to help them see success on Artsy. The Large Gallery Accounts team manages partnerships and relationships with the over 200 of the top galleries in EMEA/APAC. The ideal candidate is ready to dive in and be a key team player for a high-performing global sales and partner success team at Artsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute account management plans to strengthen Artsy’s relationships with our top gallery partners.
  • Develop and execute account upsell plans to deliver sustainable revenue for Artsy and our partners.
  • Work closely with the Artsy teams to execute on our strategy for acquiring in-demand supply from our top gallery partners.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen our relationships and processes with teams across Artsy.
  • Execute on customized subscription plans in coordination with internal delivery teams, ensuring on-time delivery of services and partner satisfaction through the process.
  • As account manager, responsible for retention and subscription deliverables.
  • Continue to drive eCommerce adoption by educating partners on best practices, leveraging partner marketing tools, research + talk tracks.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of upsell opportunities and collaborate with other members of the Large Accounts team to hit upsell goals.

Candidate Qualifications:

4+ years of work experience in the contemporary art world (or comparable internships and education)

  • Account management experience, and affinity for providing quality service to clients.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients with upsell targets.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and can work autonomously.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills, and have practiced this in a customer or client facing role.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure – can excel under time-sensitive deadlines and think strategically to problem solve when necessary, maintains a positive outlook in difficult situations, demonstrates emotional resilience.
  • Active participant in the local arts community.
  • Experience in a Marketplace or SaaS company is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in another language besides English preferred.
  • Must be based in London or Berlin and available to start immediately on a full-time basis.
