Hailing from Queens, New York, Aaron has studied art his whole life, including graphic design at SUNY New Palz.  Having always been "drawn to the more unrefined, grittier side of the art world,"  Aaron has shown his work in both New York and San Francisco.  Aaron has been able to convey the ADL's Centennial theme through his work.  He describes that "Art is both a vehicle for change and an object of consolation.  In it, one can find strength to fight against the forces that seek to bind and repress while also providing the comfort needed to heal all wounds.  With my painting, the view of a solitary raised and clenched fist can be viewed as both a signal to rise up and challenge or as a claim to victory."
