Barrie J Davies is an artist, joker, provocateur and prankster. His melancholic artwork dances from painting to sculpture, installations, video, drawing, photography, print makingand comic performances. Barrie's work uses a provocative and humourous style to expose the human condition: notions of success, money, glamour, love, death, sexuality, gender and religion are picked at with dry comedic use of tragedy meshed with absurdity. He has exhibited nationally, internationally with his work in many public and private collections.
