Could These Markets Boom?

With the way emerging collectors are looking at the art market for investment opportunities, I could easily see a sudden shift of attention into a niche historical genre of art. Looking at last year's record sale for this Durer print of a Rhinoceros for $800,000 (about 8 times over the low estimate), it seems "art flipper" opportunities are littered around the entire art market.
