‘Art Everywhere’ Brings Fine Art to the Masses This August

Thanks to charitable donations and popular demand on Facebook, Art Everywhere, a massive charitable art project, will display British works of art throughout the UK this August — the largest exhibition of its kind in the world, organizers claim. The goal of this exhibition: make artwork accessible to all and engage new audiences.

Poster reproductions of original British masterpieces will be plastered all over the UK. Once the posters go up (covering everything from billboards to bus stops), you can download an app that will allow you to scan the poster, learn more about the original work, and find out how to buy a print. Christie’s is thrilled to be supporting this initiative aimed at bring great art to a broader public.
