ABOUT DON CONTEMPORARY ART FOUNDATION

The foundation was established in 2014 by Evgeny Samoylov. Its mission is aimed at creating a historic record of the current artistic atmosphere of Rostov-on-Don and of the local culture in general. The foundation strives to support young Russian artists and curators and some unique projects as well. One of the foundation's most important tasks is to arrange a space for dialogue between different cultures. Future plans include output of vinyl records, publication of books devoted to the generation of artists of 1990s and 2010s, and numerous exhibitions.
