He's So Three-Faced

In 1636, this three-faced portrait of English King Charles I by his court painter, Dutch native Anthony Van Dyck, was sent to Italian sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini, from which he crafted a marble bust of the monarch. In 1698, the bust was destroyed in a fire at Whitehall Palace.
