With its casual 6.5-second video loops, Vine proved a fun-yet-powerful way to share artworks on social media during Armory Show week (the first major art fair since its launch). Whether sharing video works in motion or multiple perspectives impossible to capture in a still image, these short clips bring their subjects to life.
P.S. The last clip, made by Angela Washko and shown last week at Moving Image art fair, was the first Vine to be sold as an artwork.
