Sculpting Jay-Z, Warhol, and Lenin in Wonderbread

Although young Polish artist Milena Korolczuk is best known for her works in film, she has recently turned a more unconventional medium: Wonderbread. Over the past few months, the Oakland-based artist has taken to sculpting portraits of luminaries from history, pop culture, art, and literature from the spongy substance—the record of her idle hands as she contemplates influence and inspiration over her morning breakfast.
