Gray's Papaya

My name is Enrico Miguel Thomas and I am a painter and illustrator. Here is a recent watercolor of Gray's Papaya in New York City, a famous spot in New York for hot dogs!  As a drawing major and graduate of Pratt Institute, I left with the idea of creating a body of work called "Drawing Paintings" that emphasize draughtsmanship as well as painting. I have been out of school since 2006 and have since been featured in a Sharpie US TV commercial, and have received great reviews from the New York Times. Some notable collectors include, Terri Lichstein of ABC, Howard Wolfson, advisor to Mayor Bloomberg, David Scott managing partner of Scott & Scott, and the world renowned photographer Richard Corman.
