Robert Indiana "The Monumental Woods" at Galerie Gmurzynska

After spending the past four decades in mythic isolation in Vinalhaven, a remote island in Maine, Robert Indiana will exhibit "The Monumental Woods" spanning five decades of work and exploring for the first time the full extent of the large-scale unique wood sculptures created since the very beginning of his career. 

This will be the first public exhibition of many of the works outside of Indiana’s studio and the first exhibition of Indiana’s unique sculptures outside of the United States.
