Mariah Robertson at NADA Fair in Miami Beach, 2013

Mariah Robertson's work at NADA in the Deauville Hotel in South Beach was a revelation. The work was painterly and sculptural at once. Her color film pieces were beautifully composed and played with the notion of randomness and beauty using antiquated, if not archaic technologies. It stopped me in my tracks.
