Who makes the Rules of Art? #WhatisArt

There's been an ample amount of conversation as of late from media and social media types alike, on an issue that will probably forever plague any school of thought and art; that question being "What is Art?" London's famed and often controversial Institute of Contemporary Arts has launched Art Rules, a digital experience that isn't neccessarily seeking to answer this question, but rather allow users to define rules of their own. Over 1,000 users have already engaged this real-time social experience, and it's something to login and plug into as the conversation evolves.
