Silvia's work arises from the introspective transformation of some essential part of her existence.  Creating her uneasy fairytale figures directly onto paper or canvas without preparatory drawing, the images flow as seamlessly as life itself. 

Silvia Argiolas studied at Liceo Artistico Statale di Cagliari, Sardinia. She lives in Milan.
