Held with the support of Platform Projects, the debate saw Heman Chong and Graham Steele arguing For the motion, against opponents Michael Craig-Martin and Blake Gopnik. The spirited debate saw fiery arguments on issues such as: what makes a good artist? Can creativity be taught? What kind of education ups the ante for success in today’s global culture?
