ABOUT:
When you finish certain age and you have, either no career, wife or a husband, kids, a dog, and at least one stomach ulcer, you know you are bound to hear few things from your friends and immediate family members. When you are living close to them, there seem to be no problem, they pity you more than it bothers them. However living abroad comes with a different package and visiting every now and then at Christmas, seems to gather the attention around your life only. Whichever direction your life is going according to some, it’s never the right one. People would like to shape your life into one they know, paint your life, as they know it. As the rules of “old-fashioned and standard” tell them. It’s “paint by numbers” and well, I object. This life is an art piece of my own. I want to shape it and fill the empty space with what I feel is meaningful to me, like a vase. A beautiful, Chinese piece, with free butterflies flying around it.
