From James Cuno, President and CEO of the J. Paul Getty Trust
"Pacific Standard Time Presents: Modern Architecture in L.A. is a collaborative effort between the Getty and 16 Southern Californian partners. It comprises 11 exhibitions and an ambitious slate of public programs celebrating the region's unparalleled contribution to modern architecture. Like L.A. itself, Pacific Standard Time Presents is polycentric; the exhibitions and programs create hubs of ideas that connect to one another. Digital platforms--such as Artsy, and our own website www.pacificstandardtimepresents.org as well as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media--are critical components of our connected engagement with audiences and colleagues. We hope that in the galleries, in the classroom, and online, our audiences will relate critically with Pacific Standard Time Presents."
