Jodar Art

Jodar “Jordan Dar” which means house or home, is a space for art, artists and art lovers from all walks of life. It is a spacious area located in a quiet, serene area in Amman, that serves as an encouraging space for artists across the country. It offers a platform where artists can come together and express their love for art inan encouraging atmosphere, building their skills and growing as artists. The space offers workshops and courses that help artist develop their interests and transition into art as a professional career. Our mission is to offer our students a platform to build on their skills in artistic expression and develop them to their fullest. We hold specialized art courses throughout the year, which include Academic Drawing, Oil and Acrylic Painting, Watercolors, Calligraphy, Sculpting, Clay and Photography. Within this space, the foundation also includes a gallery showcasing works for local and regional artists, creating a hub for art in the region for artists and the community as a whole. Within its mission, the foundation focuses on bridging the gap between local artists. Bringing together both prominent and emerging artists to share the platform, and create an open and encouraging atmosphere.
