Jose Rainer

I was born in Buenos Aires and I have studied at the National Academy of Fine Arts.I have not followed a conventional career as an artist, despite that from a very earlyage I had a passion for drawing.

After graduating from Art School, perfected studies in painting with Carlos Gorriarena.Scenography practices in performed at the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires.Worked with Josefina Robirosa at the completion of her artworks.Currently, Tutoring School Students for DASH. Miami. I spend 30 years specializing in Packaging Design and Art Direction for different Advertising Agencies until I founded my own Graphic Design Studio in Buenos Aires, recognized in the Industry as one of the Top Creative Studios in South America.

During these years, my passion for painting was shadowed by the overload of work, an exponential growth that gave birth to receiving Awards and Recognition by the Industry. However, my growing determination to paint full time in 2009 reached a turning point.I finally gave birth to my innate passion, dedicating to Art. I definitely have not left the Design and Advertising Industry, however, I am more selective with the projects I receive.
