For over a decade, Market Art Fair has been the leading meeting place for Nordic galleries, artists, collectors and public. While the northern focus remains the core of the fair, a wider scope is taken this year with Milan based gallery Gió Marconi and Anne Mosseri-Marlio Galerie from Basel as new participants - as well as several Nordic galleries introducing new artists from across the world.

"What strikes me is what a chance Market Art Fair is to get a deeper insight into what the art scene in the Nordic countries can offer. From classic masters and world-famous names to absolutely new discoveries, now for the first time facing the scrutiny of thousands of knowledgeable collectors and art-lovers. And then, here and there, the occasional non-Scandinavian, often well known, but on our latitude seldom seen artist."

- Lars Nittve, chairman of the Selection Committee

With a growing international interest in Nordic artists and galleries, Market continues to bring a fascinating and thought-provoking mix of creativity to Stockholm. Apart from the extensive gallery exhibits, a number of artist talks, tours and other activities will be offered to the thousands of visitors joining the fair each year.
