About the Exhibitor
Greene Exhibitions began in the summer of 2012. It was initially conceived of as a physical location for artists, writers, presses and publications, and curators to actualize conceptual projects by individuals and collectives in a cooperative and collaborative spirit. After functioning primarily as a non-profit project space for a full year, the gallery became a commercial gallery in the fall of 2013, while maintaining the spirit of the initial incarnation. In the winter of 2014, Greene Exhibitions participated in its first art fair, Art Los Angeles Contemporary, and the gallery is participating in its second fair, Moving Image, in New York this March. Represented artists include York Chang, Aaron Garber-Maikovska, Marcus Herse, Juliana Paciulli, and Peter Wu.
