Original works of art were not the only things for sale at the Armory Show. Visitors could also purchase a copy of the exhibition catalogue, or one of the pamphlets published by the American Association of Painters and Sculptors and devoted to Paul Cézanne, Odilon Redon, Paul Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Raymond Duchamp-Villon. Taking a cue from the 1912 Sonderbund Exhibition in Cologne, Germany, the A.A.P.S. also issued and offered for sale fifty-seven different postcards with halftone reproductions of art displayed inside the exhibition. They sold thousands. More: http://armory.nyhistory.org/postcards-for-sale/
