In anticipation of Valentine's Day, our staff is sharing their most beloved exhibitions from our archives:

Sarah Morris, Robert Towne, 2006

At the intersection of art and architecture... I find myself pausing to admire Sarah Morris's Robert Towne. By choosing as her canvas an architecturally iconic and innovative Midtown manhattan public space, Morris has created a city-grid-like geometric abstraction that provides us with fuel for a conversation that transcends public verses private to politics and power...the light just turned green.
