School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s 14th annual Spring Art Sale
Support up-and-coming artists and designers while adding cutting-edge style to your art collection or wardrobe at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s (SAIC) 14th annual Spring Art Sale.
Ranked as one of the top fine arts graduate schools in the nation by U.S. News and World Report, SAIC offers an unparalleled graduate and undergraduate curriculum that encourages students to explore across disciplines to produce groundbreaking work.
For two days in the historic SAIC Ballroom, members of the public will have the opportunity to meet more than 120 SAIC graduate and undergraduate students offering their work for sale at a range of prices (from $5 to $2,000). The majority of the proceeds from the total sales go directly to the artists.
Items for sale will cover a range of disciplines including: photography, painting, sculpture, ceramic, prints and drawings, jewelry and fashion accessories, and more.SAIC’s Spring Art Sale takes place on Friday, April 11, from 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and on Saturday, April 12, from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in the SAIC Ballroom at 112 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago.
