Yesterday marked the birthday of the brilliant jazz pianist Dave Brubeck (famously known for Take Five). His albums Time Out and its sequel Time Further Out are each dedicated to one of Joan Miró's paintings. Brubeck was in many ways not unlike Miró as an innovator in the uncanny and multi-dimensional. 

"Bluette" (1961) is how I imagine a Miró painting would sound.
