ArtRio 2016

Recognized as one of the most important art events in Latin America, ArtRio offers collectors and visitors the opportunity to appreciate and acquire artworks from renowned and emerging artists brought to the fair by a selection of the most important Brazilian and international galleries. 

ArtRio is active on the local art scene throughout the year promoting new artists and galleries by supporting exhibitions and study opportunities. The event is creating an artistic legacy for the Brazilian people who, eager consumers of art and culture, visit the fair in large numbers. In 2015, the fair welcomed 52,000 visitors to view works shown by 80 galleries in the spacious warehouses 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the iconic Pier Mauá.

The sixth edition of ArtRio will take place between September 29 and October 2, with a preview available to invited guests on September 28, at Pier Mauá, Rio de Janeiro.
