Since its inception in 2009 the LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair has grown to become one of the foremost international showcases for art and antiques, as well as one of the most prestigious events on the London social calendar. This year at LAPADA Tanya Baxter Contemporary is featuring a collection of Modern British Masters including the exquisite ‘Maquette V, Two Winged Figures’ by renowned sculptor Lynn Chadwick, a stunning original John Hoyland painting, ‘Loving Lady’, and several limited edition prints by Francis Bacon, Bridget Riley, Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst. The recent record breaking Impressionist and Modern Art sales in London and New York have yet again proven the robustness of the art market, with both Christie’s and Sotheby’s seeing a significant growth in sales value year after year.
