New York, July 19, 2018 – The International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA) is pleased to announce the list of exhibitors for this year’s Fine Art Print Fair. The annual fair takes place on October 25-28 at the River Pavilion, Javits Center, with a benefit preview the evening of October 24.

The Fine Art Print Fair is the most celebrated art fair dedicated to the artistic medium of printmaking -- works of graphic art that have been conceived by the artist to be realized as an original work of art, rather than a copy of a work in another medium. For more than 30 years, the IFPDA has brought together a passionate community of followers -- seasoned and new collectors alike -- for whom the Fine Art Print Fair is a major highlight of the year.

The Fine Art Print Fair will showcase exceptional works spanning old master to contemporary, unique masterworks to new editions from eighty-one exhibitors from the IFPDA’s esteemed roster of members. 27 international exhibitors from the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Mexico, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy and Ireland will participate in the 2018 edition.

Five distinguished first-time exhibitors – Flying Horse Editions (Orlando), Galeria Toni Tàpies - Edicions T (Barcelona), Galerie Maximillian (Aspen), Hauser & Wirth (New York), and Moeller Fine Art Ltd. (New York) – will be making their debut at the Fair.

"The Fine Art Print Fair is thrilled to be back in the River Pavilion at the Javits Center for the second time, building on last year’s tremendous momentum and success. The Fair’s move to  the River Pavilion -- with a spectacular backdrop of the Hudson River -- was embraced by exhibitors, collectors and curators, delivering the largest attendance in our 26 years of fair history,” comments International Fine Print Dealers Association President, David Tunick. “Visitors loved the Fine Art Print Fair’s new home – the I.M. Pei-designed space. It is light, airy, and perfect for works of art of all kinds. Last year’s Fair set us on an exciting new course. We are delighted to be at the River Pavilion again and to welcome the Fair’s dynamic community of collectors.”

About the IFPDA and the Fine Art Print Fair:

Founded in 1987, the International Fine Print Dealers Association is a non-profit organization of expert art dealers dedicated to the highest standards of quality, ethics and connoisseurship. The IFPDA has grown to include nearly 160 members in 13 countries, whose areas of specialization range from old master and modern to contemporary prints, including publishers of prints by renowned contemporary and emerging artists. The IFPDA aims to promote a greater appreciation and a deeper understanding of fine prints among art collectors and the general public through the annual Fine Art Print Fair, as well as public programming, awards, and funding for institutions via its public charity, the IFPDA Foundation.

The Fine Art Print Fair was established in 1991, and has been held annually with the exception of 2001. Proceeds from the Fair support its educational programs and the IFPDA Foundation, which provides grants to museums and cultural institutions worldwide to support a greater awareness of prints as an artistic medium.
