David Vestal

I lived at 133 west 22 street in the same loft where David Vestal worked. I got the loft from the photographer Wilton Tifft in 1972. Wilton got the loft from David. I had a picture of some pears in a brown bag by David and a painting too. these pieces are lost now. I believe that many of David photographs from firescapes were taken from the back of the loft on 22 street. I'm adding a picture of the front of the loft taken in 1974 looking at some of my paintings.
