The publication, in the form of an artist's book, accompanies the project made for Collezione Maramotti: twenty-one pieces ranging from large size woodcuts, to drawing and sculptures, inside a walldrawing covering all the walls in the exhibition venue.
In the artists' work, easy-to-read iconic elements, drawn from popular culture of their country of origin, Transylvania, and images from European folklore, where archaic myths and traditions are deposited with a strong naiveté and extreme expressiveness, often merging with elements of decorative iteration, blend together with a contemporary formal language finding its artistic echoes in the early Modernism, in Klee, in Constructivism, in Art Brut, as well as in popular culture per se.
