Addie Wagenknecht

Addie Wagenknecht is an American artist whose work explores the intersections of technology, feminism, and pop culture through sculpture, installation, and digital media. Blending conceptual inquiry with forms of hacking and hardware manipulation, she examines the influence of surveillance, automation, and networked systems on contemporary life. Wagenknecht holds a master’s degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program and has held fellowships at institutions including Eyebeam and Carnegie Mellon’s STUDIO for Creative Inquiry. Her work has been exhibited internationally at venues such as the Centre Pompidou, Whitechapel Gallery, and the New Museum. She has collaborated with organizations including CERN, Chanel, and Google’s Art + Machine Intelligence program.
