CANNED is the gathering between Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël and her partner Fabien Moreau a.k.a. Mofart’z. They are issued from the Emerging artists from the International Contemporary Art stage and more particulary the Street Art scene. They have been exhibited next to others artist like BANKSY, OBEY and Blek le Rat.

Mofart’z, who's real name is Fabien Moreau, is coming from the Film industry. He is working for Movies as decorator and, also, as prop man. He is very proficient and skilled in many domains of Arts like wood-crafting, silkcreens making, painting, drawing, lithography, sculpting...

Charlotte Parenteau-Denoel was, her, an Art photographer after studing History of Arts and Interior Design. Besides Art Photography, she is practicing drawing, silkscreens, sculpting and painting.

The commun thread amoung their creative project is artistic spoof

THE PROJECT CANNED

Their inspiring sources are coming from their personals experiences, their childhood and their environement but they also are inspired by Artistic movement like Surrealism, De Stijl, Pop Art and Street Art. Nevertheless their universe aren't attached to one particular style but they create according to their own ideas.

Their joint will is to parody the symbols of Consumerism and to deride the codes of Over-Industrialization and Standardization to mock it and turn them into Ridicule.

« CANNED » has successfully seduced just has much personal collectors as instititons or art galleries. Their have, in fact, right many exhbitions of course in France (Nice, Paris, Deauville, Marseilles) but also worldwide : in the U.S.A., in Germany, in Italy and in Netherlands.
