Daniela Steinbach-Wirtz founded her own company “DWI – Immobilien” in 2000 after working as a bank clerk with a focus on construction financing, further training as a real estate appraiser and working in her father’s real estate company.
Ms. Steinbach-Wirtz's open, honest and uncomplicated nature as well as her affinity for (listed) old buildings ensure great success in the real estate business to this day.
From a very early age she had a preference for special, unusual things with history, as well as an excellent feel for colors, shapes and their combinations. She later began to work on sculptures in her own workshop. So it was urgent to take the next step and change the name to “DWI – Immobilien | Type | Design” in 2014 to also offer these skills at the company level
