Do Yang Zu

The work of Zu do Yang has an ideological similarity to David Hockney in that it dismantles and rebuilds the reality like a photo installation or mosaic of the David Hockney technique, but the expressions of these two artists shows a big difference. The way Yang presented through his work is to reconfigure the disorganized reality in a space by using perspective. Thus, this is not a matter of fact and fiction. But in fact, like how a novel based on the artist's experience borrows a fictional form to make an artistic statement of the author, he sets a virtual space that cannot be found in the real world to show his visual experiences in the space accumulating and compressing those experiences in that space.
