Fausto Gilberti was born in Brescia in 1970.
He paints, writes, draws and makes books for "children".
Winner of the ACACIA 2004 award makes you fly and the CAIRO 2007 award has many personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad. In recent years he has published numerous books, almost all published by Corraini
like "Rockstars", "The ogre who ate the children", "Bianca", "Hello, how are you?"."Piero Manzoni", "Jackson Pollock", "Yves Klein", "Marcel Duchamp" and "Lucio Fontana".
He lives and works in Brescia and his ideal place to work is the kitchen, where he spends his time drawing and writing day and night on an old table that was used to make salami.
