Nao Bustamante (b. 1963) is a Mexican-American multidisciplinary artist known for her performances, videos, sculptures, and writings that examine questions of vulnerability and the body. Originating from underground venues Bustamante’s practice models the interdependence between nightlife and the larger arts world. Currently she holds the position of Professor of Art at the USC Roski School of Art and Design. She lives and works in Los Angeles.
