Roberto Magalhães received the first incentive to paint for his father and high school teachers, who published cartoons made by the artist of his colleagues in the weekly newspaper. Roberto's ironic and comical vision was already manifested in unconventional portraits, using the universe of dream, fantasy and symbolism.
With his style, in addition to the esoteric characteristics, his work also shows human figures, cities, animals and plants in fantastic images that strip the everyday with humor and irony. There are several techniques used: colored pencil, pen tip, watercolor, ink, oil, pastel, ecoline, etc.
