Sergei Krasavin
b. 1994
Sergei Krasavin has been painting in the streets since 2009. His graffiti background and community engagement naturally led him to photography. As he notes, for many graffiti artists, photography becomes a second passion—essential for documenting both the creative process and the final work in daylight.
Krasavin explores various materials, printing techniques, and post-processing methods, using technology to serve his artistic vision. His mixed-media compositions are layered and intricate, reflecting the depth of his conceptual approach.
Artist is part of 10.203, a St. Petersburg-based collective of urban contemporary artists, including Maxim Ima, Turben, Xeato, Dusto, and Ivan Ilinskii. The group organizes exhibitions and projects in their gallery-studio and other venues.
