Turben
b. 1990
Turben has been involved in graffiti since 2009, blending bold lettering with striking figurative imagery. His signature characters—such as a round-faced dog, a solitary figure, or a noir-inspired persona—appear both in his studio practice and on city walls.
While many of his works explore serious themes, Turben's distinctively ironic and playful style makes them feel approachable, encouraging a lighter, more thoughtful perspective on the world. He continues to experiment with materials, maintaining an intuitive, mood-driven approach to his art.
Turben is part of 10.203, a St. Petersburg-based collective of urban contemporary artists, including Maxim Ima, Ivan Ilinskii, Xeato, Dusto, and Sergey Krasavin. The group organizes exhibitions and projects in their gallery-studio and other venues.
