Vittorio Brodmann's cartoonish style explores our contemporary culture of celebrities, reality television, and mass media. Frieze magazine describes his painting as teasing out a "vaudeville comedy of human relations." Between 2007 and 2008, he studied at Zurich University of the Arts and earned a BFA at Geneva University of Art and Design in 2011. He lives and works in Vienna, Austria, Recent exhibitions include: What Were You Expecting, Mr. Milquetoast, a Plot? (2014), Badischer Kunstverein, Karlsruhe and SPACE, as well as Ups and Downs, a solo show at 21er Raum/21er Haus in Vienna.
