Zazulete

Zazulete Anuca Romanța Ion is a Romanian artist born in Bucharest, deeply rooted in the colorful, fascinating energy of her birth place. A Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture and a Master of Science in Psychology, she has been incorporating a multidisciplinary approach in her artistic persona, through painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, and multimedia. Zazulete is an esoterist, synesthete and astral viewer: “Ever since I can remember, I’ve lived in two worlds, the visible and what I see beyond the visible around people, nature, and in my own mind” says Zazulete about her perpetual exploration of artistic languages to understand, convey and create the otherworldly reality she perceives. Both abstract and figurative, she has recently focused on color and texture, currently drawing her inspiration from her esoteric studies, sacred geometry, archetypes and mystic symbolism.
