About Artem Mirolevich

Executing meticulous, ambitious detail with a fantastical sense of scale, Artem Mirolevich creates richly articulated imagined worlds, informed by historical and contemporary realities and inspired by ancient mythologies, time travel, and philosophy. The New York-based artist enthusiastically experiments with drafting and painting styles, drawing on readings, travels, and everyday experiences to create a visual expression of his own itinerant imagination. In a prolific body of work that includes ink drawings, etchings, portraits, abstract paintings, and collages, the Belarusian artist exhibits an inexhaustible creative drive and passion for discovery. Informed by his diverse interests, Mirolevich’s transportive work embodies intellectual exploration that is not limited by reality, but empowered by it.
