A hand-modeled stoneware vase by Arthur Craco the stylized incised designs on the body of this piece and the rich black and chocolate enamel glazes that makes the vase look like a rubber tree covered in the remnants of the days harvest. A fine example of Belgian Art Nouveau ceramics. Marks: Inscribed artist's name on side.
