This portfolio of ten prints by leading Asian artists working in Asia, the United States, and Europe reflects the sophistication and complexity of works produced by Asian artists today. The images created by these artists during residencies at the Singapore Tyler Print Institute are inspired by sources as diverse as personal memories, artistic traditions, and current events. Publication of the portfolio marks both the decade since Asia Society began a program of contemporary art exhibitions and artist commissions, and the fiftieth anniversary of the Society’s founding.
