This is an excellent example of original Salinas work on paper, that is from the early 2000's. The work is both stunning and profound. This work is watercolor, gouache, pastel, charcoal and graphite on archival paper, and measures 9" x 12.5".

Baruj Salinas is the most significant, and well established contemporary artist this gallery represents. He has work in the permanent collections of over 35 museums, and has had over 100 solo shows worldwide. He studied with Joan Miro in Barcelona in the 1960's. He is currently 82 years old.
